Enrollment Requirements
You are eligible for benefits when you are an actively employed full-time employee working 30 hours or more per week.
Qualified Life Events
You have 30 days from the date of the Life Event to make changes to your benefits. If you do not make updates within the 30-day enrollment period, you will have to wait until the annual Open Enrollment
period to make changes. There are no exceptions.
